考虑扇出重汇聚效应的组合电路软错误率评估

为了准确评估集成电路的软错误率(soft error rate,SER),文章提出一种新颖的电路SER评估方法。通过门级仿真获得逻辑门输出信号,将产生瞬态故障的逻辑门进行故障注入,然后使用考虑扇出重汇聚的敏化路径逼近搜索算法查找不同输入向量下的敏化路径;通过单指数电流源模拟瞬态故障脉冲的产生,并将脉冲在敏化路径上传播,使用脉冲屏蔽模型评估电气屏蔽和时窗屏蔽效应;最后采用该方法计算可得电路总体SER。实验结果表明,由于考虑扇出重汇聚的影响,该方法平均提高8.2%的SER评估准确度。     

大型数字电路的动态电流测试模式

组合逻辑电路的最大动态电流测试应在电路的原始输入端施加一个特定的测试序列才能实现.文中提出一种算法模式可以快速生成所需的测试序列.算法与电路的原始输入端数无关.     

运用电路蕴涵及拓扑信息提高数字电路故障压缩效率

为提高数字电路故障诊断的效率,针对传统故障压缩算法的压缩率不高、计算复杂的问题,提出新的解决方法.与传统方法不同,该方法通过对故障检测函数的分析得出决定电路中特殊结构的故障关系规律.首先利用电路蕴涵信息推导出电路中节点与其支配点之间故障等价与支配关系,随后总结出具有重汇聚扇出源与其分支之间故障关系的规律,故障关系与扇出分支的反向奇偶特性密切相关,并且受重汇聚节点逻辑功能影响,进而发展为运用电路蕴涵及拓扑信息来压缩故障的方法.基于ISCAS85 Benchmark的实验结果表明,该方法可有效判断出电路中可测故障的等价与支配关系,并且实现简单,计算量较小.     

模块级上原始输入的最优信号概率

本文提出了一种采用单纯形实数规划法在模块级上产生原始输入最优信号概率的方法。文中首先采用了一种可测试性设计策略对电路进行了预处理。然后,以MSG为依据把电路转换成树型结构来处理,克服了[1]计算复杂等缺点。本文还提出了一种新的MSG求解算法。     

数字电路测试中的关键技术研究

随着数字电路的广泛应用．电路的测试与故障诊断已成为其设计与生产过程的重要组成部分。讨论了电路的测试及故障诊断中的一些问题．主要包括故障模型、故障仿真、故障压缩及可测试性度量与测试矢量生成算法（ATPG）,并研究了电路测试技术的发展趋势．     

基于运动矢量的视频去抖动算法

采用新的几何分析方法建立了视频去抖动处理的数学模型,提出一种基于运动矢量的视频去抖动算法.采用新的快速M鲁棒估计法获得摄像机全局运动参数集;滤波该参数集滤除随机抖动带来的运动噪声.为了提高算法的可靠性,在全局运动估计之前对原始运动矢量进行了时空滤波;在运动校正阶段,引入了"重同步"机制防止差错累积.实验表明,该算法具有良好的去抖动效果,能够用于实时处理.     

多线冗余电路分析

该文在简单介绍多线冗余概念及常用定理的基础上，对多线冗余问题进行研究，提出了一种能构造任意多线冗余电路的方法，并进一步讨论了这种多线冗余电路的可测试性问题。所构造的电路具有这样的特点：电路本身是多线冗余的，而该电路的子网络却是无冗余的；任何小于k重的固定电平故障均可以检测。     

估计同步电机不可测状态量的自适应观察器

提出了一种新的适用于工程的自适应观察器的设计方法。该观察器以可测状态量作为输入，能输出不可测状态量。设计中采用互相关分析确定观察器的阶次，然后以多输入多输出最小二乘法递推出观察器参数。输入基矢量的正确选择，保证了观察器对任意输入的适用；互相关函数分析保证了观察器模型阶次的正确选定；所推导的算法足以保证观察器参数的一致收敛性。以同步电机为例，在微型计算机上进行仿真计算，仿真结果证明了本观察器设计方法的有效性。本观察器可用于同步电机参数自适应辨识中。     

输入输出端并联电阻时负反馈电路分析

本文基于负反馈放大电路的方框图分析法，对并联负反馈放大电路输入端并联电阻时，输入电阻和电压负反馈放大电路输出端并联电阻时输出电‘阻进行了分析。分析表明，这些电路输入输出端的并联电阻既可置于基本放大电路中，也可置于基本放大电路外来分析计算，两种分析方法得到的结果完全相同。     

端标记交替-连续编码测试数据压缩技术

为了提高测试数据压缩率,根据预先计算测试集的特点,文章提出了一种测试位重组算法和端标记交替一连续编码方案.采用一种算法对测试集所有模式的测试位进行重排,以便把模式中零散的0或1集中到测试模式的一端,增加长游程的长度,减少短游程的存在;采用码字重用对模式中的交替块、连续块和端连续块分别进行编码;通过给出的译码电路和实验结果,表明了本文编码压缩技术不仅获得很高的数据压缩率,还降低了测试功耗.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
