采用剩余污泥量较少的水解酸化作为啤酒废水的预处理工艺 ,再采用好氧生物法进行处理。试验表明 :水解酸化工艺有效的提高了啤酒废水的B/C值 ,明显地改善了废水的可生化性 ,促进了废水的进一步好氧生物处理。并且CODCr、BOD5总的去除率分别达到了 96 .9%和 98.7%。尤其是整个系统剩余污泥量极少  相似文献

对处理焦化废水的两种工艺的试验研究表明,采用水解酸化-好氧生物处理较单一好氧生物处理可取得良好的效果。水解酸化作为焦化废水的预处理比较适宜。当实际焦化废水进水CODcr浓度为2214mg/L,水解酸化停留时间12h,好氧曝气时间18h,间歇动态试验出水CODcr浓度为172mg/L时,CODcr的去除率达92.23%,满足污水综合排放标准(GB8978-95)的排放要求。  相似文献

采用固定化微生物工艺,对混凝沉淀后退浆工序的印染废水进行了现场中试处理研究.试验结果表明,在水力停留时间(HRT)为20 h的条件下,对于进水化学需氧量(CODCr)为1.0-1.2 g/L的退浆废水,经过两级水解酸化、两级好氧处理后,其出水CODCr<100 mg/L,达到国家一级排放标准.其中,水解酸化阶段的HRT为10 h,CODCr负荷1.7 kg/(d·m3),去除率为44%;好氧阶段HRT为10 h,CODCr负荷1.9 kg/(d·m3),去除率为83%.在此基础上,建立了好氧反应器内大孔载体固定化微生物降解基质的动力学模型.  相似文献

目的考查电-生物耦合法的强化降解性能.在生物水解反应器中添加微电场,以期能够促进水解,提高处理效果.方法在水解反应器中施加铁皮阳极,石墨柱阴极的微电场,形成电-生物耦合水解反应器,分别用电-生物耦合水解-好氧接触氧化法和生物水解-好氧接触氧化法处理直接耐晒蓝B2RL染料废水.停留时间:水解12 h,接触氧化7.95 h.电生物水解反应器采用电流密度依次为0.024、0.048、0.072、0.084和0.096 m A·cm-2.结果电-生物系统对染料质量浓度、色度和CODCr的去除效果优于生物系统,对氨氮的去除效果则较生物系统差,且氨氮效果的差距随电流密度的增加而缩小.在电流密度为0.096 m A·cm-2时,电-生物耦合工艺对染料质量浓度、色度、CODCr和氨氮的平均去除率分别为96.64%、95.83%、87.10%和51.43%.同期生物系统对应的平均去除率分别为42.80%、56.67%、79.23%和52.12%.结论电-生物耦合法对直接耐晒蓝B2RL染料废水的净化效果优于生物法.电-生物耦合法处理染料废水效果受到电流密度影响,在0.024~0.096 m A·cm-2内电流密度越大处理效果越好.  相似文献

采用复合好氧生物法为主的工艺处理高质量浓度抗生素废水。可达到COD和BOD5的去除效率≥95%的处理效果.对比试验表明,对难生物降解物质含量高的废水应用连续流处理工艺比间歇流处理工艺更为适宜.本复合式好氧处理反应器中能够形成复杂的微生物复合生态体系。改善了污泥的沉降性能,增强了反应器的处理能力.研究结果是在大型废水处理工程中得到的,可为同类高质量浓度有机废水好氧生物处理工程的建设提供技术参考数据.  相似文献

将厌氧水解和UNITANK反应器结合组成厌氧水解-UNITANK工艺用于制药有机废水的处理.厌氧水解工序主要完成对有机物的水解,达到初步降解有机物的目的.水解出水进UNITANK反应器,进一步降解有机物.厌氧水解-UNITANK工艺处理后出水经曝气生物滤池(BAF)深度处理,使废水得到净化.本试验从温度、停留时间等方面初步探索了厌氧水解反应器及UNITANK反应器的最佳工艺参数与条件.试验得出,厌氧水解适宜温度为25~30℃,最佳停留时间为12 h;UNITANK反应器的最佳温度为20℃,最佳停留时间为90 h.  相似文献

本文介绍了利用催化氧化/水解酸化/好氧氧化工艺处理催化剂废水的工程实例。工程经过4月的调试,该工艺出水稳定、耐)中击负荷,出水各项水质指标均达到《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(DB31/425—2009)。针对催化剂废水的特殊性,主工艺前增加了催化氧化作为预处理工艺,提高了废水的可生化性,大幅度减少了废水中有毒有害物质,保证后续生化处理的顺利进行和达标排放。工程实践表明:催化氧化/水解酸化/好氧氧化工艺对处理催化剂废水具有较好的处理效果。  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
