餐饮信息化掀起传统服务业信息化应用浪潮

基于C/S架构的酒店餐饮管理的设计与实现

随着人民生活的水平的日益提高,人们消费观念的改变也带来了餐饮业的巨大发展。跟随时代的改变,计算机简单、快捷、高效、准确的特性也受到推崇,在各行各业迅速发展壮大起来。在餐饮行业中,以快餐业为首,早就实行了点菜、结算的自动化。因此许多公司都陆续推出了餐饮管理系统。正是因为如此,设计与实现了基于C/S架构的酒店餐饮的管理,以信息化高科技化为目标,最大化的降低操作难度,最大化的降低人力物力,对整个酒店的餐饮起到了一个科技化管理的目的。     

基于ARM9微处理器的嵌入式手持无线点菜系统的设计

针对现有点菜系统实时性和移动性差的问题,设计了一个基于ARM9S3C2440的新型嵌入式手持无线点菜系统.该系统在S3C2440内核基础上实现了μC/OSⅡ操作系统的移植,在图形构建软件μC/GUI下构建了整个系统的图形界面,根据设计需求实现了对点菜系统的程序功能.测试结果表明:在实时性和测试距离上效果良好,达到了应用指标.该设计对提高餐饮企业的服务质量,降低费用有积极的推动作用.     

uC/OS-Ⅱ+uC/GUI+LPC2132在嵌入式手持无线点菜系统中的应用

介绍了基于uC/OS-Ⅱ+uC/GUI+LPC2132的嵌入式无线点菜系统,阐述了uC/GUI和uC/OS-Ⅱ在硬件上的移植过程,分析了点菜界面的关键代码和运行界面效果.     

进、销、存信息系统的研究

本文介绍的系统是一个针对餐饮行业的中型进销存管理系统,通过对企业供应商、顾客、商品、进货、销售等信息的管理,从而达到进货、销售和库存的全面信息管理。系统的主要功能有:基本信息的管理,包括酒菜设置、房台设置、供应商设置、业务员类别设置、业务员信息设置等;前台营业信息的管理,包括房台预定信息设置、点菜收银信息设置、进货入库信息设置;营业信息的分析,可以按照各种类别进行查询和统计,如客户类别、酒菜类别和营业员类别等;库存信息的管理,主要是商品的盘点。     

基于ZigBee技术的无线点菜器研究

介绍了一种用于餐饮中的智能自动无线点菜器的具体实现方案,主要由手持点菜终端、总台信息处理器、厨房应答终端构成。     

无线点菜系统的设计与实现

介绍了一种新型无线点菜系统。给出了从点菜到菜单打印以及建立后台数据库对菜单进行管理等一整套详细方案及具体实现过程．该系统由无线点菜器和接收器端2部分组成,两者之间由无线数传模块实现数据的无线传输,可实现无纸点菜,以及菜单打印和对菜品的管理．系统采用单片机AT89S52作为点菜器的控制芯片,4×4矩阵式键盘键入桌号、菜号等数据,用OCMJ4X8C液晶显示器进行显示．接收端部分通过无线数传模块无线接收点菜器发来的菜单数据,然后送人数据库进行存储,管理者通过软件操作实现菜单管理并进行菜单打印．本系统稳定可靠,有很强的实用性．     

酒店智能点菜系统设计

针对现有酒店点菜系统不能直接面向消费顾客，以及实时性和互动性差等缺点，为提高餐厅服务和管理水平，适应电子商务的发展的需要，分析了现代人生活方式和思维方式，构建依靠Andriod操作系统和无线网络为基础的点菜系统。充分利用现在流行的Android系统，采用B／S和C／S登录模式，在中高档餐厅构建方便易用、快捷的智能点菜系统，实现使用电脑或手机随时随地预订、点菜、结账。     

嵌入式手持终端点菜系统的设计

手持终端点菜系统代表着当今餐饮业解决方案中最尖端的领先科技,本文介绍了嵌入式手持终端点菜系统的整体结构体系设计、手持终端底层设计、手持终端应用软件设计以及服务器设计。     

浅议餐饮行业成本控制模式构建

餐饮行业是一个采购成本较高，劳动力密集，资本回报率较低的传统行业，近年来，国内餐饮行业市场的竞争日趋激烈，餐饮业不断满足消费者日常的就餐需要，带动服务行业的发展。但是，随着餐饮行业采购成本的不断增加，导致餐饮行业的利润空间不断缩小，管理者必须寻找管理酒店的新思路、新方法，从控制成本入手，为餐饮行业寻求更大的发展空间。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
