Zusammenfassung Leerdarm- und Krummdarm-Aufsaugung vond-Galaktose und Wasser wurde mit einer Pumpendurchströmung in vivo bei normalen und Alloxan-diabetischen Ratten geprüft. 24 Stunden Fasten erhöhte die Aufnahmefähigkeit normaler Ratten, ergab aber keinen Unterschied zwischen normalen Ratten beim Fasten und solchen, die mit Alloxan für 24, 48 und 72 Stunden diabetisch wurden.

Riassunto Nell'intestino tenue di ratto in vivo è stato osservato che la concentrazione intracellulare di glucosio o di 3-O-metilglucosio, durante l'assorbimento di questi zuccheri, è sempre minore che nel siero. Ciò lascia presumere che esista una pompa per l'estrusione degli zuccheri a livello della membrana serosale delle cellule assorbenti intestinali.

The inhibitory action of L-leucine on the intestinal absorption of D-glucose and D-galactose, as well as the inhibitory action of D-galactose on the absorption of L-leucine at various concentrations by rat small intestine has been studied. Since biliary hyperplasia of fascioliasis correlated with hepatic proline level, we examined the occurrence of a similar chemical stimulus during bile obstruction. Uptake of tritiated proline and glycine rose in both hepatocytes and a bile duct enriched cell fraction, following duct ligation in rats. The increased hepatic content of proline but not glycine suggests that proline has a role in post-obstructive biliary proliferation.  相似文献

Summary An analysis of a commercial sample of Symphyti radix originating from Poland with a total alkaloid content of 0.07% revealed the presence of 7 pyrrolizidine alkaloid-N-oxides: 7-acetyl intermedine, 7-acetyl lycopsamine as the main constituents and lycopsamine, intermedine, symphytine and traces of 2 further not yet identified alkaloids. The percutaneous absorption of these alkaloids was investigated in rats, using a crude alcoholic extract of the plant corresponding to a dose of 194 mg alkaloid-N-oxides/kg b.wt. The excretion of N-oxides in the urine during 2 days was in the range of 0.1–0.4% of the dose. The dermally absorbed N-oxides are not or only to a small extent converted to the free alkaloids in the organism. The oral application led to a 20–50 times higher excretion of N-oxides and free alkaloids in the urine.We thank Dr C. C.J. Folic acid and its derivatives are observed to be instantaneously bound to rat intestinal mucosal cell curface binding protein. Various parameters were measured such as the optimal pH for binding (6.5), the saturation kinetics observed for folate binding and the avid affinity with which polyglutamyl folates are preferentially bound to the binder. A comparison of the observed results with the conditions reported as favorable for intestinal folate absorption in the rat precludes the involvement of this folate-binding protein in the physiological absorption of folates.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Es werden Versuche zur Aufklärung der Rolle der gram-negativen Bakterien im irreversiblen ischämischen Darmschock durchgeführt: Ratten erweisen sich unter dem Einfluss einer milden Form von ischämischem Darmschock keinesfalls für Endotoxemia empfindlicher als falsch operierte oder normale Tiere, die dieselben Dosen von bakteriellem Endotoxin erhalten haben. Dadurch wird die Rolle der Endotoxemia in der Pathogenese des irreversiblen Darmschocks fragwürdig.  相似文献
