采用反相悬浮聚合法合成了PNIPAM和P(NIPAM-co-MAA)微凝胶,以这2种微凝胶为模板,制得了具有表面图案化结构的PNIPAM/CuS和P(NIPAM-co-MAA)/CuS有机—无机复合微球。结果表明:复合微球的表面形貌取决于微凝胶模板的性质和金属无机物的相对沉积量。微凝胶模板法为制备具有复杂形貌的有机-无机复合微球材料提供了一种新的途径。  相似文献

以聚丙烯酰胺(polyacrylamide,PAM)高分子微凝胶为模板,结合反胶束法制备了具有表面图案结构的硫酸钡-聚丙烯酰胺(BaSO4-PAM)无机-高分子复合微球材料.利用扫描电镜(SEM)和XRD对复合微球的形貌和无机沉积物BaSO4的晶型进行了表征.结果表明,BaSO4的沉积量、沉积反应速度等因素对复合微球的表面形貌都有显著影响;复合微球中BaSO4具有正交重晶石结构.实验所得BaSO4-PAM复合微球兼具高分子的柔性和无机物的刚性.  相似文献

采用反相悬浮聚合法合成了包埋有Cd2+的中性聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)(PNIPAM)微凝胶和阴离子型聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺-co-甲基丙烯酸)(P(NIPAM-co-MAA))微凝胶.以这2种微凝胶为微反应器,通过外源导入法通入H2S气体,引发CdS沉积反应,制得具有不同表面形貌的有机-无机复合微球.扫描电镜观察表明:微球表面图案结构形貌与模板的性质有关,微球的尺寸在50 μm左右,且具有类核-壳结构.X射线衍射分析表明复合微球中的CdS呈晶态,属立方晶形.微球具有CdS荧光特征,模板本性对微球荧光有一定影响.  相似文献

采用反相悬浮聚合法合成了聚丙烯酰胺-甲基丙烯酸(P(AM-co-MAA))微凝胶,并以其为模板,通过化学还原法制备了一系列微米级、表面具有纳米颗粒堆积的P(AM-co-MAA)/Cu2O复合微球. 利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、红外分析(FT-IR)和热重分析(TG)对复合微球的形貌、无机沉积物和相对含量等进行了表征.研究了Cu(Ac)2浓度、葡萄糖浓度、反应时间和温度等因素对微球表面形貌和沉积无机物的影响.结果表明,当Cu(Ac)2浓度为0.20 mol/L,葡萄糖浓度为0.30 mol/L,在70℃下反应20 min,得到表面负载有均匀致密小颗粒Cu2O堆积的P(AM-co-MAA)/Cu2O复合微球.  相似文献

用简单两步法制备ZnS/PbS核壳结构复合微球,采用SEM、EDS、TEM、XRD、FT-IR和固体紫外等测试手段对核壳结构复合微球样品进行性能表征,发现所得复合微球由ZnS核和PbS壳构成,其平均粒径约为8μm;而且具有中空结构的ZnS微球表面被很多细小的PbS颗粒包覆形成核壳结构。UV-vis表明ZnS/PbS核壳结构复合微球在紫外-可见光区都有良好的吸收,说明其在光电器件领域中将会有很好的发展前景。另外,还探讨了复合微球形成的机理。  相似文献

采用反相悬浮聚合法合成的P(AM-co-MAA)水凝胶为模板,用Zn(Ac)2溶胀后,加入水合肼和NaOH溶液,通过两相界面反应,使ZnO沉积于微球表面,制得P(AM-co-MAA)ZnO有机-无机复合微球.我们考察了制备方法、超声反应时间、水合肼浓度对复合微球表面负载zn0量的影响.通过电镜扫描(SEM)、傅立叶红外分析(FT-IR)、热重分析(TG)等方法对微球表面形貌和无机沉积物zn0的相对含量进行了表征.结果表明,采用zn(Ac)2浸渍微球和水合肼在超声条件下反应,得到表面出现均匀裂痕的P(AM-co-MAA))/ZnO复合微球.  相似文献

采用反相悬浮聚合法合成了聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)高分子微凝胶,以其为模板,在室温条件下,以硝酸银(AgNO3)作为银源,硒代硫酸钠(Na2SeSO3)作为硒源,通过反胶束法制备得到了具有表面图案化结构的Ag2Se-PAM无机一有机复合微球材料,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析(TGA)和X射线衍射(XRD)等手段对复合微球的形貌、无机物硒化银的含量和晶形结构等进行了表征.实验结果表明,复合微球的表面结构与硝酸银的初始浓度和表面活性剂的用量有关,随着硝酸银初始浓度的增加,复合微球表面由简单的硒化银颗粒堆积到出现图案化结构;随着表面活性剂用量的增加,复合微球表面形貌趋于粗糙.  相似文献

通过模板法制备中空SiO2/Fe3O4磁性微球,采用分散聚合法制备了大尺寸的聚苯乙烯微球作为模板,以界面沉积法制备了Fe3O4/PS复合粒子,溶胶凝胶法制备SiO2/Fe3O4/PS微球;经过高温煅烧使模板聚苯乙烯分解,得到中空磁性微球.通过透射电子显微镜、红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、震荡样品磁强计、物理吸附仪等仪器对中空SiO2/Fe3O4磁性微球进行了形貌和性能表征.结果表明:所制备的中空SiO2/Fe3O4磁性微球尺寸在700nm左右,大小均匀,有良好的分散性,并且中空磁性微球表面有孔,其孔径在16nm左右,具有较大的比表面积和孔容量.  相似文献

设计并制备了一种新的亚微米级磁性复合微球,检测了该微球对超声的吸收作用。采用水热法制备亚微米级Fe_3O_4模板微球,通过改进的St9ber方法对磁性Fe_3O_4粒子进行SiO_2包覆,并用MPS化学试剂修饰所得复合微球,通过聚合反应得到PNIPAM@SiO_2@Fe_3O_4磁性复合材料。对所获亚微米级磁性复合材料的结构和性能进行了表征,检测了该复合材料的超声波性能。结果表明:该亚微米级复合材料呈现球状核壳结构,具有良好的超顺磁性,且对超声波具有较好的吸收作用,因此该复合材料可以应用于吸波、降噪、减震等领域。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
