1986~1987年在龙海县调查了华支睾吸(Clonorchis sinensis)的各中间宿主。第一中间宿主汶沼螺 (Parafossarulus striatulus)的感染率为 0.6%,6月份是汶沼螺的感染高峰。6种淡水鱼类和虾类感染华支睾吸虫囊蚴,其中麦穗鱼(Pseudorabora parva)感染率为44%,沼虾(Macrobrachium superbum)感染率为1.3%。猫的感染率为33%~53%。用从阳性汶沼螺逸出的华支睾吸虫尾蚴人工感染米虾(Caridina nilotica gracilapes)的实验结果表明,后蚴在米虾鳃部及附近肌肉内成囊,发育 26~33 d成熟。用此成熟囊蚴感染一阴性小猫获得成虫。  相似文献

通过观察在饲料中中磷酸二氢钾对中国对虾仔虾存活率、体长增长率及仔虾体内含磷量的影响,探索了仔虾对磷的需要量。研究表明,活加磷酸二氢钾使饲料中磷含量为1.16%~~1.37%时,仔虾的体和蔷和蓄最佳。饲料中磷含量在0.71%~1.82%的范围内,对仔虾的存活率、体内的磷含量无显著的影响。  相似文献

本文用水培方法研究了不同浓度锌对黄瓜幼苗生长、叶绿素合成、光合强度及核酸含量的影响。锌浓度在0.5—0.9ppm范围内,幼苗生长良好,而以浓度为0.7ppm时生长最佳,其叶绿素与核酸含量及光合强度最高。  相似文献

研究不同浓度的化学诱变剂迭氮化合物N—甲基—N—硝基—N—亚硝基胍(N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitroaoguanidine,NNG))对雨生红球囊Haematococcus pluvialis 797株的影响。加入不同浓度的NNG后,静细胞数占总细胞数的比例均有所下降。叶绿素a,叶绿素b,总胡萝卜素,虾青素的积累都有增多,并且当NNG浓度为10μmol/L时,虾青素含量无论是以体积计还是以单位细胞计均达到最高,分别提高72%和105.6%:NNG浓度在0—10μmol/L范围内,虾青素含量随着NNG浓度的增加逐渐增高,NNG浓度在10—100μmol/L范围时,虾青素的含量随着NNG浓度的增加逐渐降低。  相似文献

测定了1981、10、—1983、5、采集的厦门文昌鱼体内微量Zn、Pb、Cd、Ag、Cu、Mo和Hg的含量。千试样测定结果为Zn67.1ppm,Pb0.80ppm,Cd0.56ppm,Ag0.53ppm,Cu12.0ppm,Mo0.0067ppm和Hg0.019ppm。厦门文昌鱼与九龙江口海区和北半球非污染区三种代表性的海洋生物体的含量对比,除Ag稍高外,Zn、Pb、Cd、Cu和Hg的含量均较低。  相似文献

哈密瓜品种炮台红采后的主要致癌病菌,在55—60℃下加热2分钟才能杀死,低温对接种在培养基上的病菌生长虽有抑制,但仍然缓慢发育,用ZDA—140ppm薰蒸24小时可将病菌全部杀死。采后处理适宜水温55—60℃,药剂浸渍适宜浓度CLSN为1%,ZDA—1和DJL—3在0.05%以下;药剂薰蒸:在箱装贮藏条件下GTZDA—Ⅱ为30ppm、KML—2为20ppm,箱装贮藏外套上塑料袋ZDA—1以10ppm为宜,GTZDA—Ⅰ可以降到7.5ppm以下,预处理贮藏三个月后降低腐烂效果为26—47.4%。  相似文献

研究福寿螺卵中虾青素的溶剂浸取方法,运用正交实验法对福寿螺卵中虾青素的浸取条件进行了优化,在最优浸取条件下,虾青素的收率达0.058%;采用制备型液相色谱仪分离提纯虾青素,对螺卵虾青素进行了定性分析,推断该来源的虾青素为左旋型(3S,3’S);探索了两种大孔树脂吸附虾青素的规律,实验发现AB-8树脂的吸附平衡时间为3h,吸附率可达94.2%,适用于螺卵虾青素的大规模工业分离提纯.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
