旨在通过探讨"健身气功·八段锦"对女大学生部分生理指标、最大等长肌力及平衡能力的影响,为更好地改善大学生体质健康和在普通高校推广健身气功提供意见和指导.选取某高校本科二年级女生30名,进行为期8周的"健身气功·八段锦"运动干预.在干预前和干预后,对受试女大学生进行身体成分测试、最大等长肌力测试、骨密度测试、平衡测试.经过8周的"健身气功·八段锦"运动干预:(1)女大学生在体成分测试中,体脂率、BMI指数呈显著降低(P0.05),运动干预后,体重与运动前呈非常显著降低(P0.01),肺活量显著提高(P0.05);(2)在最大等长肌力测试中,头颈前屈、左右腿外展以及背臂水平拉的动作力量显著增强(P0.05),躯干向后伸展的动作力量呈非常显著性增强(P0.01);(3)在骨密度测试中,运动干预前后无显著差异;(4)在平衡测试中,平衡测试前后得分相比,干预后得分明显提高,出现显著差异(P0.05).8周的"健身气功·八段锦"练习对女大学生的身体成分、身体形态等部分指标有积极的影响,并且提高核心肌力及下肢肌肉力量,提高女大学生的身体平衡能力.  相似文献

健身瑜伽72式可以对全身关节多维度的进行拉伸,激活全身深层的肌肉群,提高肌肉间的协同工作能力,有利于纠正、矫正大学生的不良体态,增强关节的灵活性及韧带的柔韧性及肌肉之间协同工作的协调性,以达到强身健体的目的。以某高校60名男大学生为受试对象,通过练习健身瑜伽的前三级动作来测定被试者的训练前后柔韧素质指标的变化。实验对象在经过8周健身瑜伽训练后,柔韧素质4项指标与自身前后对比,有非常显著性差异(P0.01),提高幅度较大。经过8周健身瑜伽训练后,受试对象实验前后自身比较,肘关节绝对关节角度有非常显著差异(P0.01);膝关节绝对关节角度有显著差异(P0.05)。健身瑜伽72式能显著的提高肩关节、髋关节的柔韧性,增强肘关节、膝关节的稳定性健身瑜伽前三级动作具有简单易学且能安全有效提高男子大学生的柔韧素质。  相似文献

通过对12名男大学生3个月的高脚马训练,对比训练前后练习者的心率、时间肺活量、PWC170和VO2max,并进行统计分析比较.结果表明高脚马练习者的心血管功能、身体做功能力,最大耗氧量和肺活量比训练前有明显提高,差异具有显著性.说明高脚马运动对学生身体机能和心肺功能的增强有促进作用,是一种安全有效的健身活动.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
