蛋白质二级结构中同义密码子与氨基酸上下文关联的偏好型

通过对人(Homo sapiens)的117个蛋白质和大肠杆菌(E．coli)的87个蛋白质的统计分析，发现mRNA序列中的同义密码子与氨基酸的上下文关联是和蛋白质二级结构有关的，并给出了各二级结构中有意义的上下文关联型．讨论了该结果对蛋白质结构预测的改进意义及其在基因工程领域可能的应用。     

同源α-螺旋结构蛋白质Im7和Im9的变性及折叠特性的研究

Im7和Im9是具有相似三维空间结构的同源蛋白质分子，这两种蛋白质的一级序列中有60％的残基成分相同，研究结果显示，Im7和Im9分子具有不同的稳定性和经历不同的折叠途径，为解释有关的实验事实，利用吸附反应动力学方法，分析了Im7和Im9两种蛋白质的变性过程和重折叠过程，结合Im7蛋白质和Im9蛋白质所具有的空间结构特性，对Im7和Im9蛋白质具有不同稳定特性和折叠途径存在差异的原因做了进一步的讨论和解释。     

大豆蛋白中硒分布的研究

用分级盐析法将高硒土壤上栽培的大豆蛋白质分为A、B、C、D、E五组，进而测定了各组中蛋白质的分布及其硒含量，结果表明大豆吸收的硒主要贮存结合于蛋白质中。     

34个普通扁桃种仁营养成分分析

对34个普通扁桃果实的蛋白质、脂肪酸、苦杏仁甙、维生素E和矿质元素进行了测定和分析。结果表明，这34个扁桃种仁中都含有丰富的营养，其中蛋白质的质量分数平均为28．7％，不饱和脂肪酸的平均高达92．5％，且主要为油酸71．8％，亚油酸20．7％；维生素E含量在138．2～351．5μg/g，平均为236．3μg/g；大部分扁桃品种苦杏仁甙含量在47．7～275．1μg/g；每100g种仁中平均含钾552mg，钙308mg，镁288．8mg，磷500mg，铜1．16mg，铁5．1mg，锌3．8mg，说明普通扁桃具有很高的营养和经济价值。     

平菇液体菌种蛋白质含量提高的研究

本文重点研究如何提高平菇液体菌种中蛋白质的含量。以蛋白质含量为指标对平菇液体菌种培养基的碳源、氮源以及无机盐进行单因素优化,实验得出最佳试验因素为酵母浸出粉、葡萄糖、Mg SO4、K2HPO4,以酵母浸出粉、葡萄糖、Mg SO4·7H2O、K2HPO4为试验因素进行正交实验,得出蛋白质含量最高的培养基配方是:酵母浸出粉20 g/L,葡糖糖20 g/L,Mg SO4·7H2O 1.5 g/L、K2HPO40.5 g/L,平菇液体菌种中蛋白质含量最多可达448.4 mg/g。     

蛋白质自组装研究进展

在生物体内，大多数蛋白质通过非共价相互作用以有序组织的自组装形式发挥作用。受大自然启发，人工设计蛋白质自组装正如火如荼的展开。近二十年来，蛋白质自组装领域快速发展，成功构建了各式各样，具有广泛结构和功能特性的蛋白质组装体。文章总结了用于调控蛋白质自组装的设计策略和工具，以及构建蛋白质组装体的最新进展，并描述了这些组装体的自然属性和功能。     

对虾白斑综合症病毒结构蛋白质VP41的研究

VP41蛋白质是对虾白斑综合症病毒的一种结构蛋白,该蛋白质由病毒基因组上的wsv242开放阅读框(ORF)所编码,分子量为41 ku.根据vp41基因的序列,通过PCR扩增获得了该全长基因,将其克隆在载体pET-His上,以E.coli BL21为宿主菌,成功表达并纯化了含His标记的目的蛋白VP41,并制备了特异性鼠抗血清.当纯化的病毒粒子经去污剂处理后,VP41蛋白质被发现完全存在于病毒WSSV囊膜部分,Western blot杂交实验也证实该结果,表明VP41蛋白质是该病毒的一个囊膜蛋白质.通过Far-Western方法还发现VP41具有蛋白聚合作用.     

大麦籽粒蛋白质及其组分含量的遗传研究

用７个蛋白质含量不同的品种，以不完全双列杂交的酱模式配成１２个Ｆ１，对大麦籽粒蛋白质及其四种组分含量这五个性状的遗传参数进行了研究。结果表明，醇溶蛋白含量主要由加性效应控制，蛋白质和谷蛋白含量主要由非加性效应控制；球蛋白和清蛋白含量是由加性和非加性效应共同控制的，但对不同的性状，二者所起遥作用是不等的。     

近红外光谱定量分析小麦粉蛋白质含量

基于逐步多元线性回归的算法，对小麦粉的近红外光谱进行了蛋白质浓度的定量分析。通过对原始近红外光谱在波长范围1300～1860nm内，采用不同波长间隔的逐步回归，提取了较理想的回归波长，建立了少参量数学模型。对不同未知样本进行了预测，结果表明，所建模型具有一定的稳定性，对未知样品蛋白质浓度的测量偏差较小，其最大偏差不超过1．0。     

低酸性饮料缓冲性能的研究

低酸性液态食品对酸具有不同程度的缓冲能力，缓冲能力的大小主要与蛋白质和有机盐，无机盐的含量有关，而与酸的种类无关，蛋白质和灰分含量高的食品缓冲能力大。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
