This paper presents the development of dynamic simulation of a flexible plate structure with various boundary conditions. A flexible square plate is considered. A finite-difference method is used to discretise the governing partial differential equation formulation describing its dynamic behaviour. The model thus developed has been validated against characteristic parameters of the plate. The model thus developed is further formulated using discrete state-space representation, to allow easy and fast implementation for simulating the dynamic behaviour of the plate with various boundary conditions. The simulation algorithm thus developed is validated, and accurate results with representation of the first five modes of vibration of the plate have been achieved. The algorithm thus developed is used in subsequent research work as a platform for development and verification of suitable control strategies for vibration suppression of flexible plate structures.  相似文献

A novel high-order sliding mode control strategy is proposed for the attitude control problem of reentry vehicles in the presence of parametric uncertainties and external disturbances, which results in the robust and accurate tracking of the aerodynamic angle commands with the finite time convergence. The proposed control strategy is developed on the basis of integral sliding mode philosophy, which combines conventional sliding mode control and a linear quadratic regulator over a finite time interval with a free-final-state and allows the finite-time establishment of a high-order sliding mode. Firstly, a second-order sliding mode attitude controller is designed in the proposed high-order siding mode control framework. Then, to address the control chattering problem, a virtual control is introduced in the control design and hence a third-order sliding mode attitude controller is developed, leading to the chattering reduction as well as the control accuracy improvement. Finally, simulation examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the performance analysis of flexible reactive systems. The performance analysis consists of two phases: first system modeling, second performance evalua-tion. The paper models the flexible reactive system by the stochas-tic statecharts method, and uses the simulation method to evalu-ate the performance. To make use of the feature of event-triggered state transitions in the statecharts, a new method of simulation is proposed based on the techniques of the discrete-event system simulation. The new method solves the problem of computer imple-mentation of stochastic events, probabilistic transition, concurrent states, paral el actions, and broadcast communication mechanism in the stochastic statecharts. An example of a flexible manufactur-ing system is presented. The simulation result of the example is consistent with the analytical result, which shows the feasibility of the proposed new simulation method.  相似文献

The precision of the laser gyro used in tactical missiles is poor because of dithering frequency,actuating by vibration,shock and overload in dynamical environment.This paper introduces the transfer matrix method of the multibody system(MSTMM),establishes the dynamic model of the laser gyro strapdown inertial measure assembly aseismatic system,and analyzes the precision affected by dithering of the laser gyro and shocking of the tactical missile.And the dynamic response of the laser gyro strapdown inertial measure assembly aseismatic system is obtained by simulating the multibody system model.The simulation result indicates a theoretical idea to design the vibration isolation for the laser gyro strapdown inertial measure assembly.  相似文献

Sliding mode control(SMC) becomes a common tool in designing robust nonlinear control systems, due to its inherent characteristics such as insensitivity to system uncertainties and fast dynamic response.Two modes are involved in the SMC operation, namely reaching mode and sliding mode.In the reaching mode, the system state is forced to reach the sliding surface in a finite time.The major drawback of the SMC approach is the occurrence of chattering in the sliding mode, which is undesirable in most applications.Generally, the trade-off between chattering reduction and fast reaching time must be considered in the conventional SMC design.This paper proposes SMC design with a novel reaching law called the exponential rate reaching law(ERRL) to reduce chattering, and the control structure of the converter is designed based on the multiinput SMC that is applied to a three-phase AC/DC power converter.The simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed technique.  相似文献

This article is concerned with the modeling and control problems of the flexible spacecraft. First, the state observer is designed to estimate the vibration mode on the basis of free vibration models, Then, an optimal guaranteed cost controller is proposed to stabilize system attitude and damp the vibration of the flexible beam at the same time. This paper deals with the problem of planned lead time calculation in a Material Requirement Planning (MRP) environment under stochastic lead times. The objective is to minimize the sum of holding and backlogging costs. The proposed approach is based on discrete time inventory control where the decision variables are integer. Two types of systems are considered: multi-level serial-production and assembly systems. For the serial production systems (one type of component at each level), a mathematical model is suggested. Then, it is proven that this model is equivalent to the well known discrete Newsboy Model. This directly provides the optimal values for the planned lead times. For multilevel assembly systems, a dedicated model is proposed and some properties of the decision variables and objective function are proven. These properties are used to calculate lower and upper limits on the decision variables and lower and upper bounds on the objective function. The obtained limits and bounds open the possibility to develop an efficient optimization algorithm using, for example, a Branch and Bound approach. The paper presents the proposed models in detail with corresponding proofs and se'~eral numerical examples. Some advantages of the suggested models and perspectives of this research are discussed.  相似文献

An assembly-to-order system, which at the end the buffer distinguishes its assembly stages of the system from the downstream systems, is considered in this paper. The system produces semi-finished products for the downstream system and starts from a basic subassembly, and at each stage a component is assembled into the corresponding subassembly. The basic subassembly, components and buffer all follow a periodic-review, order up-to-level inventory policy. The buffer holds the semi-finished products to serve the specific demand from the downstream system. The service level of the system is determined by aggregate effects of the components held at stockpiles before the buffer and the basic subassembly. In order to measure the service level of the system, some notations and assumptions are made, on which the closed form expression of the service level of the system is achieved.  相似文献

A novel satellite fault diagnosis scheme is presented based on the predictive filter and empirical mode composition(EMD).First,the predictive filter is utilized to obtain the fault estimation,which is corrupted by noise.Then the EMD method is introduced to decompose the fault estimation into a finite number of intrinsic mode functions and extract the trend of faults for fault diagnosis.The proposed scheme has the ability of diagnosing both abrupt and incipient faults of the actuator in a satellite attitude control subsystem.A mathematical simulation is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

Automation systems for buildings interconnect components and technologies from the information technology industry and the telecommunications industry.In these industries,existing platforms and new platforms(that are designed to make building automation systems work) compete for market acceptance and consequently several platform battles among suppliers for building automation networking are being waged.It is unclear what the outcome of these battles will be and also which factors are important in achieving platform dominance.Taking the fuzziness of decision makers' judgments into account,a fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making methodology called the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process is applied to investigate the importance of such factors in platform battles for building automation networking.We present the relative importance of the factors for three types of platforms(subsystem platforms,system platforms,and evolved subsystem platforms).The results provide a first indication that the set of important factors differs per type of platform.For example,when focusing on other stakeholders,for subsystem platforms,the previous installed base is of importance;for system platforms,the diversity of the network of stakeholders is essential;and for evolved subsystem platforms,the judiciary is an important factor.  相似文献

The focus of this paper is on control design and simulation for the longitudinal model of a flexible air-breathing hypersonic vehicle(FAHV).The model of interest includes flexibility effects and intricate couplings between the engine dynamics and flight dynamics.To overcome the analytical intractability of this model,a nominal control-oriented model is constructed for the purpose of feedback control design in the first place.Secondly,the multi-input multi-output(MIMO) quasi-continuous high-order sliding mode(HOSM) controller is proposed to track step changes in velocity and altitude,which is based on full state feedback.The simulation results are presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.  相似文献

A new adaptive quasi-sliding mode control algorithm is developed for a class of nonlinear discrete-time systems, which is especially useful for nonlinear systems with vaguely known dynamics. This design is model-free, and is based directly on pseudo-partial-derivatives derived on-line from the input and output information of the system using an improved recursive projection type of identification algorithm. The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the adaptive quasi-sliding mode control system is stable and convergent.  相似文献

<正>This paper studies the parameter design and the performance optimization of a Kanban system without stockouts in a multi-stage,mixed-model assembly line.The model of a Kanban system based on production processes is established by examining the relationship among the set-up time,the amount of work in process(WIP),the capacity indicated by a Kanban,and the takt-time ratio.A novel method for optimizing performance on the premise of no stockouts is proposed.Empirical results show that the amount of WIP is reduced remarkably after optimization.  相似文献

The fault diagnosis problem is investigated for a class of nonlinear neutral systems with multiple disturbances.Time-varying faults are considered and multiple disturbances are supposed to include the unknown disturbance modeled by an exo-system and norm bounded uncertain disturbance.A nonlinear disturbance observer is designed to estimate the modeled disturbance.Then,the fault diagnosis observer is constructed by integrating disturbance observer with disturbance attenuation and rejection performances.The augmented Lyapunov functional approach,which involves the tuning parameter and slack variable,is applied to make the solution of inequality more flexible.Finally,applications for a two-link robotic manipulator system are given to show the efficiency of the proposed approach.  相似文献

A disturbance observer(DOB) based-backstepping sliding mode control scheme is discussed for a class of semi-strict nonlinear system with unknown parameters and mismatched uncertainty.Firstly, adaptive technique and DOB are respectively applied to tackle the unknown parameters and mismatched uncertainty, where the DOB can effectively alleviate the chattering problem of sliding mode control(SMC). Then, exponential sliding mode surface is proposed to improve the convergence rate of the sliding mode state. The ‘explosion of complexity' problem inherent in conventional backstepping control is overcome by designing the novel first-order filter. The stability of the closed-loop system is analyzed in the framework of Lyapunov stability theory, in which the tracking error converges to an arbitrarily small neighborhood around zero(ASNZ). At last, two examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.  相似文献

An integral sliding mode guidance law(ISMGL)combined with the advantages of the integral sliding mode control(SMC)method is designed to address maneuvering target interception problems with impact angle constraints.The relative motion equation of the missile and the target considering the impact angle constraint is established in the longitudinal plane,and an integral sliding mode surface is constructed.The proposed guidance law resolves the existence of a steady-state error problem in the traditional SMC.Such a guidance law ensures that the missile hits the target with an ideal impact angle in finite time and the missile is kept highly robust throughout the interception process.By adopting the dynamic surface control method,the ISMGL is designed considering the impact angle constraints and the autopilot dynamic characteristics.According to the Lyapunov stability theorem,all states of the closed-loop system are finally proven to be uniformly bounded.Simulation results are compared with the general sliding mode guidance law and the trajectory shaping guidance law,and the findings verify the effectiveness and superiority of the ISMGL.  相似文献

In this paper, a semi-parametric regression model with an adaptive LASSO penalty imposed on both the linear and the nonlinear components of the mode is considered. The model is rewritten so that a signed-rank technique can be used for estimation. The nonlinear part consists of a covariate that enters the model nonlinearly via an unknown function that is estimated using Bsplines. The author shows that the resulting estimator is consistent under heavy-tailed distributions and asymptotic normality results are given. Monte Carlo simulations as well as practical applications are studied to assess the validity of the proposed estimation method.  相似文献

The equivalent sample theory and its application in analysis of networked control system (NCS) are presented. After analyzing NCS's scheduling in master-slave mode, the characteristics of time delay and sample are summarized. Looking on master station visiting the slave station as a special sample process, the theory of equivalent sample is presented. And based on it, the stability of a kind of NCS is analyzed. The criterion to determine the upper bound of transmission delay is introduced, which guarantees the stability. Finally, an example with simulation shows the availability and usability of this analysis method.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the boundary feedback stabilization of a coupled ODESchr¨odinger system cascades with the external disturbance flowing the control end. The author uses the sliding mode control(SMC) to deal with the disturbance. By the SMC approach, the disturbance is supposed to be bounded only. The existence and uniqueness of the solution for the closed-loop via SMC are proved, and the monotonicity of the "reaching condition" is presented without the differentiation of the sliding mode function, for which it may not always exist for the weak solution of the closed-loop system. Some numerical simulations is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control.  相似文献
