苦绳中木脂素类化学成分的分离与结构鉴定

摘    要:为明确苦绳Dregea sinensis Hemsl中的主要化学成分,采用AB-8大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶和反相制备液相等色谱方法从苦绳中首次分离得到5个木脂素类化合物. 通过一维和二维核磁共振波谱、有机质谱等方法确定它们分别为4',4"-二羟基-3,3',3",5,5',5"-六甲氧基-7,9':7',9-二环氧-4,8"-氧-8,8'-倍半新木脂素-7",9"-二醇(1),4',4"-二羟基-3,3',3",5,5'-五甲氧基-7,9':7',9-二环氧-4,8"-氧-8,8'-倍半新木脂素-7",9"-二醇(2),(+)-异落叶松树脂醇(3),赤式-愈创木酚基甘油基-β-O-4'-松柏醇(4),diasyringaresinol (5).

Abstract:In order to study the chemical constituents of Dregea sinensis Hemsl, five lignans were isolated from the roots of Dregea sinensis Hemsl by AB-8 macroporous resin column, silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20 column and semi-preparative HPLC. On the basis of 1D and 2D NMR data and MS analyses, their structures were identified as 4',4"-dihydroxy-3,3',3",5,5',5"-hexamethoxy-7,9':7',9-diepoxy-4,8"-oxy-8,8'-sesquineolignan-7",9"-diol (1), 4',4"-dihydroxy-3,3',3",5,5'-pentamethoxy-7,9':7',9-diepoxy-4,8"-oxy-8,8'-sesquineo-lignan-7",9"-diol (2), (+)-isolariciresinol (3), erythro-guaiacylycerol-β-O-4'-coniferyl alcohol (4), diasyringaresinol (5). These compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
