摘    要:针对研发中航空发动机试车具有危险度高、操作难度大等问题,应用增强现实技术,设计了集试车操作培训、试车过程分析和典型性能故障模拟等功能于一体的半物理仿真试车系统在分析发动机模型响应快速、计算准确和对人的操作高度仿真等特点的基础上,系统介绍了异地分布式仿真系统架构设计、发动机系统计算模型可视化和三维视景系统试车数据3D实时可视化等关键问题的研究和实现方法,为其他领域中数字化生产提供了理论和方法基础。

Abstract:Aiming at the high danger and difficulty of the operation in the aero-engine test, a semi-physical simulation test system that integrates the functions of the test-run operation training, process analysis, simulation of the typical engine performance fault is proposed. Based on the fast response, accurate calculation and high human operation simulation of the engine digital model, the key problems of the research and implementation, such as the structural design of the distributed semi-physical simulation system, visualization of the calculation model of the engine subsystem and real-time visualization of the aero-engine test data displaying in the three-dimensional cave automatic virtual environment in the simulation test system are introduced. It provides a theoretical and methodological basis for the application of the digital production in other fields.
