银杏外植体黄酮甙含量的测定

摘    要:采用HPLC方法对银杏外植体的总黄酮甙含量和甙元比进行了测定,结果表明,4种外植体中叶片总黄酮甙含量最高为1.25%,黄酮甙元以槲皮素为主.

Abstract:The contents of total flavonol glycosides and distribution of flavonols in Ginkgo biloba L.explants were determined by HPLC,and the correlative factors were studied.The results showed that,among the four explants,leaves contained the highest concentraction of total flavonol glycosides,amounting to 1.25%.The flavnovols glycosides of explants mainly comprised qercetin.
