摘 要: | 以建筑用标准砂为原料,设计撒料实验用以模拟物料在涡流空气分级机撒料盘上的分布,并研究撒料盘的转速对于颗粒速度及其运动轨迹的影响。结果表明:影响物料颗粒离开撒料盘速度的主要因素是颗粒与撒料盘间的摩擦力,颗粒越大,与撒料盘间的摩擦力越大,离开撒料盘的速度越大;撒料盘转速和撒料落点影响颗粒运动的方向。明确了撒料盘分散物料是因为粗、细颗粒与撒料盘间的摩擦力不同,造成了二者离开撒料盘的速度不同进而分离开来。提出了改善物料分散的措施,即加大颗粒与撒料盘间的摩擦力。

Simulation experimental study on the material distribution of the spreading plate in the turbo air classifier |

Abstract: | The spreading experiment was designed to simulate the material distribution on the spreading plate in turbo air classifier using building standard sand as experimental materials.A series of material experiments were conducted to study the influence of the rotary speed of the spreading plate on the instantaneous speed of the particles leaving the spreading plate and the particles’ trajectory. The results showed that the main factor affecting the instantaneous speed of material leaving the spreading plate was the friction force between the particle and the spreading plate. The larger the particle, the greater the friction force and the higher the instantaneous speed of particle leaving the spreading plate, and the rotary speed of the spreading plate and the material distribution had an effect on the direction of particle’s motion. It was indicated that large and small particle could be separated by spreading plate because their frictions were different, leading to different instantaneous speeds leaving spreading plate. One of the methods for improving material dispersion was put forward, which was to enlarge the friction force between the particles and the spreading plate of turbo air classifier. |
