摘    要:建立了核级节流管道的流动-振动-辐射噪声仿真模型,并基于实验和仿真研究了辐射噪声产生的机理及节流孔径和来流流量对振动噪声的影响规律. 节流管道的噪声受节流管道流场中流体尾迹涡的影响:流体在管壁上产生周期性的激振力,且激振力的频率与管道模态所对应的频率相近,从而加剧了振动,导致辐射噪声的产生. 此外,随着节流孔直径的增加,节流管道的振动及辐射噪声逐渐减小;随着来流流量的增加,节流管道振动以及辐射噪声逐渐增大.

Abstract:The simulation model of flow-vibration-radiation noise was established for the throttling pipe used in the nuclear reactor. The mechanism of generating radiation noise and the influence of throttling hole diameter and flow rate on the vibration and noise were studied by the experiment and simulation. The radiation noise generates because of the wake vortices in the flow field of throttling pipe. When the frequency of the periodically exciting force generated on the pipe wall by the fluid in the pipe approaches that of the corresponding pipe modal, the vibration is enhanced, resulting in the radiation noise. Moreover, the vibration and radiation noise reduce with the increase of the throttling hole diameter, and enhance with the increase of the inlet flow rate.
