| 摘 要： | 未普遍使用投资外部收益率法评价工程项目的具体情况,论述了投资外部收益率法用于工程投资项目的可行性及具体计算方法,分析和比较了投资外部收益率法与投资内部收益率法的优缺点,提出了用投资外部收益率法作为技术经济的主要评价方法之一的建议。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the fact that the external of return method of in vestment has not universally been used yet to evaluate the engineering projects in our economic researches, the paper expounds the calculating method and its practicability in engineering investment projects, analyses and compares advantages and disadvantages between the external rate of return and the internal rate of return, and puts forward a proposal that the external rate of return of investment serve as one of the main evaluation methods of technical economy. |
