应用模糊控制理论进行大体积混凝土施工过程的温度控制

摘    要:大体积混凝土施工中一个重要的技术课题就是温度控制.大体积混凝土在固化过程中释放的水化热会产生较大的温度变化和收缩作用,由此而产生的温度和收缩应力是导致混凝土出现裂缝的主要因素,从而影响基础的整体性、防水性和耐水性,成为结构的隐患.而目前大体积混凝土在升温阶段和降温阶段的温度应力控制中,存在较多的人为因素,温度控制多凭借施工人员的技术素质进行控制.通过分析大体积混凝土温度控制的主要因素,运用模糊控制技术的原理和方法,建立大体积混凝土温度模糊控制器,通过模糊控制器对实际工程的大体积混凝土温度控制进行模拟计算,并将模拟计算结果与实际温控数据对比,从而得出模糊温控系统可以有效地对大体积混凝土温度和应力进行控制的结论.

Abstract:An important problem in mass concrete structures during pouring is to control crack propagation.Releasing steam heat form mass concrete structures during solidification leads to temperature changes and contraction.The corresponding stresses are a main problem for cracks in mass concrete structures.It is obvious because cracks destroy completeness,anti-water and water-tolerant behavior of the structures,and become a hidden risk of the structures.Temperature control of mass concrete is currently manually done based on human experiences and only when temperature rises and drops.This paper analyzes main factors in temperature control of mass concrete,and establishes a fuzzy controller using fuzzy theory.Simulation of temperature control of mass concrete is carried out.The result is compared with actual data.It is found that the fuzzy control is effective.
