弯矩或扭矩作用下环形角焊缝的强度计算

摘    要:在钢结构的焊接连接中,有两个焊接连接的近似计算公式,一是弯矩作用下环形角焊缝强度计算,二是扭矩作用下环形角焊缝强度计算,所有文献均没有给出这两个近似公式的来历,也未给出其使用范围。用理论分析了这两个近似公式进行,对其来历进行了推导,通过精确计算与近似计算的误差分析,给出了环形角焊缝在弯矩或扭矩作用下强度计算近似计算公式的适用范围与使用条件。

Abstract:There are two approximately formulas on welding connection: one is the strength calculation of ring anglewelding line in the action of bendingmoment; The other is the strength calculation of ring angle welding line in the action of torque. The derivation or the range of application of the approximately formulas in the all literatures was not given. The theory analysis on the approximately formulas, and the derivation in the paper made the range of application by accurately calculating and analyzing error of the approximately calculation was presented.
