摘 要: | 摘要:磁共振成像(MRI)在临床应用于急性脑卒中(AS)检测,对于该病诊断与治疗决策以及预后影响都有较为重要的作用。在疾病动物模型中,MRI能够较好地反映急性脑卒中病L以及生L改变情况,较传统的检测方法更快捷、更直观地显示病灶区域及程度,其在活体上非侵入性成像,更成为研究该疾病的重要工具。近几年MRI也逐步应用于小鼠AS模型的建立、评价中。本文将就MRI在小鼠AS模型评价和建立这两方面中的作用以及其日后的发展趋势进行阐述。

Abstract: | Abstract:Magnetic resonance imaging ( MRI) plays an important role in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of acute stroke ( AS) . In animal disease models, MRI can better reflect the pathological and physiological changes of acute cerebral apoplexy, which is faster and more intuitive than traditional detection method to show the lesion area and degree, and its non-invasive imaging in vivo has become an important tool for the study of this disease. In recent years, MRI has also been gradually applied to the establishment and evaluation of the mouse AS model. This paper will expound the role of MRI in the evaluation and establishment of mouse AS model and its future development trend. |
