| 摘 要： | 摘要: 介绍人体肿瘤移植( patient-derived tumor xenograft model，PDX) 模型的基本特征和在生物医学研究中的应用;比较该类模型应用于肿瘤研究的优点和存在的问题。目的是正确应用PDX 模型开展研究工作，分析相应的实验结果，加快肿瘤药物研发进程。 |

The Advantages and Disadvantages of Human PDX Transplantation Model |

| Abstract: | Abstract: The basic features and application in biomedical research of PDX models ( patient-derived tumor xenograft ) are introduced． We compare the advantages of this model applied to cancer research and the existing problems． The purpose is to use PDTX models to carry out the research work and analyse experimental results correctly，which can speed up the process of cancer drug development． |
