摘    要:柔性导电涂料固化成导电膜,制备的传感系统附着在混凝土表面或内嵌到混凝土内部,使其与混凝土协调变形,通过仪器检测其电阻变化,实时地感知裂缝出现以及是否扩展.针对城市隧道的裂缝出现机理,研制成本低且对裂缝敏感的导电涂料,实现对隧道裂缝早期大范围监测,并通过工程试点验证,保证城市隧道的优质、安全、高效、长久的正常运营,具有应用价值和应用前景.

Abstract:The conductive film of cured flexible conductive coating can be used to prepare a sensor system.If such system is attached to the surface concrete or embedded into the interior concrete and deforms with the concrete,the detected resistance change of the system can indicate the real-time cracks and its extension.According to the mechanism of the urban tunnel cracks,this paper proposes the development of low-cost and crack-sensitive conductive coating,which can achieve the early monitoring of large tunnel cracks.Pilot project shows that such kind of coating can ensure the quality,safety,efficiency,and long-term normal operation of the urban tunnel and has great application value.
