摘要:  2010年10月6日,瑞典皇家科学院宣布将2010年诺贝尔化学奖授予美国科学家Richard F. Heck,日本科学家Eiichi Negishi和Akira Suzuki。这三名科学家是因为在有机合成领域中钯催化交叉偶联反应方面的卓越研究而获奖。它为化学家提供了一款精致的工具来合成复杂的有机分子。这一成果广泛应用于制药、电子工业和先进材料等领域。笔者对钯催化交叉偶联反应领域作了粗浅的介绍,以期起到抛砖引玉之作用。

Abstract: On Oct 6th, 2010, the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences announced that the Nobel Prize in chemistry for 2010 was awarded jointly to an American scientist Richard F. Heck and two Japanese scientists Eiichi Negishi and Akira Suzuki for their great contributions to palladiumcatalyzed crosscoupling. It provides one of the most sophisticated tools available to chemists to create complicated organic molecules. This tool has been widely used in pharmaceuticals, electronics industry, and advanced materials. A brief introduction for palladiumcatalyzed crosscoupling was presented in this paper.
