| 摘 要： | 钱三强晚年为中国科技事业的发展做出了独特的贡献:一方面,从管理和体制的层面,推动中国科学规范制度的完善;另一方面,积极支持和推动中国软科学事业的建制化,亲自主持组建了多个软科学组织。像钱三强这样的科学精英,由于多种因素,其角色往往由科学家转换为战略家。由科学精英挂帅推进科学的社会建制化工作,已成为中国科技体制的显著特点。钱三强等中国科学精英的角色重构,不仅为中国科学社会学的理论创新提供了坚实的案例支撑,同时也为理解新中国科技体制的起源与发展,提供了一个生动而深刻的切入点。
