| 摘 要： | 随着新世纪的到来,我国的公民科学素质建设进入了关键时期,只有对以往建设过程中的经验和教训进行回顾和整理,有充分而清醒的认识,才能有针对性地开展下一步工作.本文总结了建国以来我国公民科学素质建设在六个方面的经验和教训,以期对实践有所裨益.

| Abstract: | Along with the coming of the new century, it is the moment of truth for the citizen's scientific literacy construction of our country. We could carry on the next task oriented, only after we review and arrange the experience and lesson that we have achieved previously and have explicit understanding. This paper summarizes six experience and lesson of citizen's scientific literacy construction of our country since the foundation of the state. We hope this work could be beneficial for practice. |
