| 摘 要： | 技术功能失常研究是技术功能理论研究的扩展和深入,明确技术功能失常概念是技术功能失常研究的一个重点,又是技术功能失常伦理责任和法律责任认定的依据。针对目前工程和技术实践中技术功能失常相关概念的多元性和模糊性,要想建立一个统一和较完善的技术功能失常的概念框架,必须明确工程实践中技术功能失常的特征和边界,并且要符合界定技术功能失常概念的精确性、完整性、灵活性、明晰性标准。
