| 摘 要： | 萨托利的消极技术民主观源于对唯科学主义的警惕和戒惧。唯科学主义分为客观主义、集体主义和历史主义,具有导致极权主义的可能性和现实性,易损害民主信仰、民主程序和民主过程。捍卫民主必须回归其本源,重视科学反对唯科学主义、重视理性反对唯理性主义,设置技术与民主的边界,以政治平等原则抵制专家治国的越界。
