从冲突到和谐:智能新文化环境中人机关系的伦理重构

在智能新文化环境中,以人工智能为主导的新一代人机关系,不同于以往工业革命时代的人机关系。机器智能愈来愈逼近人类智能,甚至有超越人类智能的势头,人机关系变得愈来愈紧张。因受到人类理性的滥用、利益的零和博弈、智能机器的奴役,以及人工智能机器异化的渗透,导致人机关系的矛盾冲突愈来愈明显,需要从技术文化哲学的视角辨别人机关系的伦理本质,以期从敢于批判与重塑现实、对人机伦理进行赋值、对非理性主义进行批判、在拥抱理性选择中坚守"帕累托最优法则"、以社会规范弥补伦理失范加固伦理根基、以文化和谐超越文化冲突等维度,对人机关系进行伦理解构与伦理重构,从而走向人机关系的和谐之境。

From Conflict to Harmony: Ethical Reconstruction of Man-machine Relationship in the Environment of Intelligent New Culture

In the intelligent new cultural environment,the new generation of man-machine relationship led by AI is different from the man-machine relationship in the era of the previous industry.Machine intelligence is getting closer to human intelligence,and even has the momentum to surpass human intelligence,and so the human-machine relationship has become more and more tense.Due to the abuse of human rationality,the zero-sum game of interests,the enslavement of intelligent machines,and the penetration of AI machines,there are more contradictions and conflicts in human-machine relations.From the perspective of technological cultural philosophy,the essence of ethics,with a view to criticizing and reshaping reality,assigning values to human-machine ethics,criticizing irrationalism,adhering to the "Pareto Optimality Principle" in embracing rational choices,and using social norms to make up for ethical anomalies and strengthen the ethical foundation to transcend cultural conflicts and other dimensions with cultural harmony,the human-machine ethics is reconceptualized and reconstructed,so as to move toward a harmonious state of human-machine relations.
