The construction of the bilingual terminological knowledge base for the Belt and Road Initiative is situated in the background of the construction of language resources infrastructures in the digital age. The objectives are to integrate information resources and to provide knowledge service systems, leading to the realization of information and knowledge dissemination and reservation featured with the application of information communication technology in the digital age. This in turn will facilitate international communication and regional cooperation with regard to economy and culture.
