| 摘 要： | 文章基于体验认知理论,旨在研究两个问题:(1)人体隐喻机械工程术语翻译及其认知理据;(2)根据Newmark提出的七种隐喻翻译策略,每种人体隐喻的机械工程术语翻译策略使用比率及每个策略具有什么认知理据。文章从《英汉机械工程术语》中收集语料,探讨英—汉人体隐喻的机械工程术语翻译策略。该研究有助于科技术语翻译理论与实践。
