针灸作用机理和经络研究的现状及其展望

针灸是中医学的重要组成部分 ,千百年来在我国的医疗实践中发挥着重要作用 ,被广泛用于治疗各种疾病。与现代医学的药物和手术疗法相比 ,具有有效、安全、简便、无副作用等优点 ,为世界各国人民所接受 ,成为目前最受欢迎的一种替代和补充疗法 ,已引起国际医学界的广泛关注 ,由此引发了各国研究机构和专家学者对针灸作用机理的研究热潮 ,并在某些方面已经取得较为显著的成果。本文综述了近年来国内外对针灸作用机理和经络研究的最新进展 ,从整体上看 ,我国在面向疗效的针灸机理和经络研究的某些方面尚处于国际领先地位 ,但侧重于基础的针灸机理研究已经开始显现落后。面临如此严峻的形式和挑战 ,我们应当在发挥我们传统优势的基础上 ,将针灸作用机理和经络研究紧密结合在一起 ,使我国的针灸之花开遍世界。

Current Situation and Prospect of the Study on Mechanism of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Meridians

Acupuncture and moxibustion are an important part of the traditional Chinese medicine, which have played an important role in the health practice in China for thousands of years, and have been widely applied in the clinic to treat various kinds of diseases. Compared to the medication and surgical therapies of modern medicine, it had many advantages (e.g., safety, efficacy, convenience and non\|side\|4effects) in treating some diseases, and therefore was accepted by the people throughout the world and was considered as one of the most popular complementary or alternative therapies. At present, it aroused extensive attention in the field of medicine and made many research organizations and specialists and scholars interested in the study of its mechanism. This article summarized the advances of the study on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion and meridians in recent years. Generally, some aspects of the study on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion associated with clinical curative effects and meridians in our country kept ahead these in foreign countries. However, we started to get behind in the study on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion emphasized particularly on basis. In the face of so severe situations and challenges, we should closely combine the study of the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion with the study of meridians, based on the exertion of our traditional superiority, and make our country ahead of the world in this study.
