| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献计量学、定性与定量相结合等分析方法,从SCI论文发表情况、各主要学科发展动态,以及专利申请和授权情况等方面分析了当前我国基础研究发展的现状。结合当前世界前沿科学发展态势,分析了有可能在未来取得革命性突破的热点领域,以为未来我国基础研究的部署提供重要参考。
