| 摘 要： | 医学基础研究是以健康应用为导向的应用基础研究,要体现防病治病或有防病治病前景的应用价值导向,其同行评议有别于其它基础研究资助评议。本文以澳大利亚、加拿大、英国和美国的医学基础研究资助机构为研究对象,探讨其同行评议程序、评议指标和决策过程,最后总结出医学基础研究同行评议的特点。

| Abstract: | Medical basic research is the health-oriented basic research which pursues to benefit disease prevention and treatment directly or potentially. Its peer review for funding decision is different to other basic researches. This paper discusses peer review process,indicators and decision making,based on case studies of medical funding organizations of Australia,Canana,the UK and the US,and summarizes the characteristics of peer review of medical basic research funding. |
