基于控制图的教学质量评价方法

本文提出了一种利用统计控制图对教学质量进行评估的方法.首先建立了一个教师教学质量评估结果与学生期望等级的回归模型.其次,利用教师教学质量评估分数（区段平均数）的两倍标准差控制图与回归模型的残差控制图来辨别成绩的好坏.但需注意,个体成绩在两个图中都处于控制限以外的情况无法用期望等级来解释.

Control Chart Based on Evaluation Method for Teaching Quality

The evaluation method for teaching quality by using control chart is provided here.First,to set up a regression model based on the evaluation result of teaching quality and the satisfied grade of students.Secondly,by using a contrast between a twofold standard deviation control chart of teaching quality evaluation number(section average number) and a residual control chart of regression model to distinguish the result which is good or not.However,taking a notice of this,the individual result in the two charts once out of the control line cannot be interpreted by the satisfied grade.
