资源型供应链议价的双体博弈分析

利用双体博弈理论，对资源型供应链中的议价问题展开研究。通过建立一定市场结构对应的双体博弈模型，分析影响议价结果的因素，探索供应商的竞争优势及其最优议价策略。研究结果对现实资源型供应链中存在的特有现象提供了理论解释，并表明和描述了下游企业的权威及其外部机会对议价结果的重要影响。研究结果不仅为企业决策提供了理论指导，而且为最大化资源的效能和促使相关企业承担社会责任起到积极作用。

Research on Bargaining in Resource Supply Chain on the Basis of Biform Game Theory

The bargaining problems in resource supply chain were studied on the base of biform game theory. According to certain market structure, the biform game model was established, the factars that affect the result of bargaining were analyzed, the competitive advantage and optimal bargaining strategy were explored. The research results provide the theoretical explanation to some special phenomenon in practical re-source supply chain,indicate the importance and describe how the power and external opportunities of downstream firms affect the result of bargaining. The research results provide theoretical guidance to the decision makings of firms,optimizing the efficiency of the resource,and making correlative firms take enough social responsibility.
