知识产权信息管理是对知识产权制度运行中的信息资源的合理组织与有效利用,人们利用行政、法律、伦理等手段来协调解决信息技术应用及信息管理活动中出现的各类矛盾的方式,同样反映在了知识产权信息管理领域。因而本文重点从政策导向、法律制约、经济调整等角度,分析知识产权信息管理的诸多调控手段,以期推动实践中对知识产权信息管理机制的优化。

The intellectual property information management is of the reasonable organization and the effective use to information resource in the operation of the intellectual property system. The methods that people used to coordinate the contradictory of information technology application and information management by the way of administration,law,ethics and so on,similarly reflect in the domain of the intellectual property information management. Thus,from angles of policy guidance,legal restriction,economical adjustment,etc.,this article analyses the adjusting and controlling measures in intellectual property information management,to realize the mechanism optimization of intellectual property information management.
