摘    要:以DNA和蛋白质等生物大分子作为生物标志物在环境监测中应用广泛。本文在总结前人工作的基础上,根据前人的经验,对某些现存问题提出一些看法及可能的解决方案。

Abstract:A great of achieves of researchers in resent twenty years in field of biomonitoring were summarized. DNA and protein acted as biomarker in biomonitoring was noted particularly. DNA damaged and modified can be detected in order to determine the environment pollute. Also activity,expression,and concentration of a set of enzymes in vivo can response to the type of environment pollutants. There are some more advantages of biomonitoring than chemical method. The research of biomonitoring used to determine the environmental contamination will be further continued.
