| 摘 要： | 概述了哈萨克斯坦自1991年独立以来科技投入，主要包括科研经费、科研机构、科研人员的基本情况，并对其科技投入变化情况进行了分析。在此基础上对该国科技发展潜力进行了简要评价，发现该国科技投入的增长相对经济发展来说较为缓慢。

| Abstract: | An overview of S＆T Investment of Kazakhstan since its independence in 1991 has been described,including investment of scientific research funds, scientific research institutes and scientific research personnel. Then the development potential of Kazakhstan is estimated based on the analysis of its S＆T investment changes. The results show that the growth of science and technology investment is at a relatively slow pace compared to the country＇s economic development. |
