| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the resources of enterprise system complexity, it＇s pointed out that the complexity can be reduced by rational allocation, organization design, cultural construction and so on. Then the individual cognition and the processing ability can be improved. Effective complexity can be increased. And the core competence of the company will be formed. |
