涡轮增压器涡壳流场模拟及变工况特性分析

摘    要:涡壳是涡轮增压器的重要组成部分,其运行的好坏直其影响涡轮增压器效率.本文采用CFD模拟方法,对变转速时涡壳内速度、温度分布进行模拟,从而得出了涡壳内的流场分布规律和变工况特性,并提出了用增速比和减温比来衡量涡壳效率,为改进和优化涡壳设计以使其工作在最佳工况提供可靠理论依据.

Abstract:Scroll is the most important part of turboeharger and directly impact on the operation of turboehargcr efficiency. In this paper, veloc-ity distribution and temperature distribution under variable condition are all simulated by simulative method. So as to arrive at the flow field distribution rule and variable working condition characteristics,as well as put forward use speed increasing ratio and temperature decreasing ratio to measure the efficiency of scroll, It can be used as a reliable basis for improving and optimizing the design of scroll to work at optimum condition.
