基于分层加权法的桥梁安全性评价

摘    要:根据我国现役桥梁的实际情况,提出了一种客观、可行的桥梁安全性评价方法——桥梁状况指数BCI来表征桥梁整体缺损状况,并建立BCI评价模型,为不同结构型式桥梁提供了统一的评价标准。该评定方法能够较好地反映在役桥梁的安全性状况,可以为桥梁结构的维修加固提供管理和决策依据,评价结果简单直观。以沈阳市某铁路跨线桥的桥梁安全性评价为例,对该方法的实际应用予以说明。

Abstract:According to the actual situation of the active service bridge in China,and put forward an objective and feasible method of thevbridge safety evaluation,and Bridge Condition Index is formulated to evaluate the comprehensive distress condition of bridge,thus a compre-hensive evaluation criterion for all types of bridges is established. Evaluation results are simple and evident,which can reflect existing bridges safety condition perfectly and provide reference for management and decision-making in the repair and reinforcement of the bridge structure and its components. The application of the proposed model to the evaluation of a practical bridge is illustrated by the assessment of the railway bridge in the Shenyang city.
