摘    要:采用层次分析法,建立了煤矿安全监察体系影响因素层次分析模型;分析了影响构建完善的安全监察体系的主要因素;确定了各因素的权重系数,对其进行计算、分析和排序。结果表明:可操作性强、完善的法律体系和行政机构的建立、安全文化的普及和安全技术的实践应用在影响因素中的权重最为突出。最后还提出了一些解决问题的建议。

Abstract:An analytic model for coal mine safety supervision system is built up with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. The weights of the main influential factors for coal mine safety supervision system are confirmed, analyzed and sorted in order. The result show that the building up of a perfect law system and management, spread of safety cuhure and application of safety technologies are the weighty factors. Finally, some advices to solve these problems are given.
