PCR仪中TEC模块的PWM功率驱动装置设计

摘    要:本文针对PCR仪温控系统中TEC模块的驱动要求,设计了其PWM功率驱动装置。以SG3525A为核心设计了PWM信号产生电路,采用功率模块MSK4226实现PWM信号功率的放大,设计了低通滤波器和保护电路,并采用MSP430单片机对功率驱动装置进行控制。测试结果表明此PWM功率驱动装置很好地满足了所用TEC模块的驱动要求。应用本功率驱动装置的PCR仪取得了较好的温度控制效果:升温速率〉2.2℃/s,降温速率〉1.8℃/s,|稳态误差|〈0.20℃,超调量〈1.0℃。

Abstract:In this paper,a PWM power driver was designed based on the drive requirements of the TEC modules in PCR instrument. With the chip SG3525A as the core part,the PWM signal generator circuit was designed. Then the PWM signal was amplified by the power module MSK4226. The low-pass filter and the protection circuit were designed,too. The MSP430 single chip micro-computer was used as the control unit. Test results indicate that this power driver meets the drive requirements of the TEC modules greatly. Good results of temperature control have been achieved by the PCR instrument using this power driver. The heating rate is greater than 2. 2℃/s. The cooling rate is greater than 1.8℃/s. The absolute value of the steady-state error is less than 0.20℃,and the overshoot is less than 1.0℃.
