风幕集尘射流装置研究

摘    要:根据风幕控尘的原理以及风幕集尘除尘系统的风幕形成条件和风流结构,创造性地设计了倒u型射流腔与三角形射流箱构成一体的集尘射流装置。通过实验室模拟试验,发现风幕射流风速衰减规律符合射流理论的衰减规律,研制的射流集尘装置能有效形成风幕,对降低整个综掘面的粉尘浓度,特别是减少呼吸性粉尘向司机处的扩散作用明显,实用性高。实践证明,该装置集尘效率高,为综掘面粉尘防治提供了新的途径。

Abstract:Based on the principle of the air curtain dust control and the air curtain formed conditions and merry structure of the air curtain dust collecting dust removal system, a dust jet device constituted by the inverted U-shaped jet chamber with triangular jet box is creatively de- signed. By laboratory simulation tests, air curtain jet velocity attenuation law is found to accord with the attenuation law of jet theory. With the jet dust collection device developed, the wind curtain is formed effectively, useful to decrease the whole Mechanized excavation face dust con- centration,especially to the dust spread toward the driver. High practicability is offered. Practice has proved that the high efficiency of dust collection of the device orovides a new way for the mechanized excavation surface dust orevention and control.
