重型机动平台振动定量评价与分析

摘    要:借鉴IS02631、IS05349等国际标准,并结合机动平台自身特性,建立了某重型机动平台整车振动定量评价方法。并对某标杆车和某原型车进行了实车道路试验,利用建立的整车振动定量评价方法对该两款车进行了整车振动定量评价。结果表明,标杆车驾驶舱内振动较小,驾驶员感觉轻微不舒服,车栽装备处振动也不大,装备使用良好;原型车则驾驶舱内振动稍大,驾驶员较不舒服,车载装备处振动也较大,影响装备使用。为找出其设计上的差异性,对该两款车的悬架、坐垫、发动机悬置件及车架特性进行了分析讨论,找出了标杆车的一些关键性设计特点,为国内重型机动平台的开发提供指导。

Abstract:The heavy mobile platform's cab and platform vibration quantitative evaluation methods were established based on the criterion ISO2631, ISO5349 and the own characteristics of the heavy mobile platform. The methods were used to evaluate the vibration of the contrast and prototype heavy mobile platforms after the road tests. The test results showed that the coatrast vehicle was superior to the prototype vehicle in several ways, including cab vibration, driver comfort, platform vibration, and proper equipment use. To identify the differences in the design of the contrast vehicle, the suspension, the cushion, the engine mounting and the characteristics of frame were analyzed to identify some pivotal design features which can guide the development of the heavy mobile platform.
