| Abstract: | In this paper, the indicator evaluation system of livable city was designed, and a decision - making model combinating TOPSIS with grey correlation degree was established to evaluate livable cities , finally the urban livability of 10 cities in Sichuan province was evaluated, arranged and analyzed. |
