| 摘 要： | 分别用醋酸洋红法、孚尔根染色法、改良苯酚品红法对果蝇唾腺染色体进行染色．结果表明，每种方法都有其自身的特点及适用条件，从染色过程看：醋酸洋红法最简便，改良苯酚品红法其次，孚尔根染色法相对较麻烦；从染色效果看：孚尔根染色法染色最清晰，改良苯酚品红法其次，醋酸洋红法相对较差。

| Abstract: | Separately with Acetic red dyeing,feuglen dyeing,carbol fuchsin dyeing to fruit fly saliva gland chromosome,the result showed that each kind of method has its own,s characteristic and suitable condition.Received from the course of dyeing:acetic red dyeing is the most simple and convenient,secondly carbol fuchsin method,feuglen dyeing is troublesome relatively.Received from the effect of dyeing:feuglen dyeing the clearest that the decoration method of the root is dyed,secondly Carbol fuchsin dyeing,acetic red dyeing is bad relatively. |
