| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、访问法、数理统计法对上海松江大学城学生体育社团的制约因素从组织管理、教学资源、规划制度、社团文化方面进行了分析．揭示了社团管理模式、领导重视程度、团队素质、场地器材、指导教师、活动经费、社团规划、社团制度、社团理念等因素对学生体育社团的影响，为大学城学生体育社团建设提供参考依据．

| Abstract: | Through interviews and statistics collected from questionnaire,we made an in-depth analysis on the constraints of the sports clubs in Songjiang University Town in 4 aspects:organization and management,teaching resources,planning system and the club culture,which reveals the impact on the sports clubs exerted by management patterns,leader's guidance,teamwork making,equipments,faculty advisers,funds,club programming and the core idea of the clubs in Songjiang University Town. |
