Great advance has taken place in the fields of plant molecular biology in the past four years, among which the regulation of plant gene expression was paid more attention to.Such study has become one of the frontiers of plant mokcular biology. The study (for instance, isolation, characterization, cloning and sequencing)about cis-acting factors, transacting fators and their relationship is of great importance to understanding the mechanism of higher plant gene expression.
