微波提取胡椒碱的工艺研究

摘    要:运用微波法对胡椒中胡椒碱进行提取,并采用HPLC对胡椒碱的含量进行测定,考察提取时间、提取温度、料液比、乙醇浓度及微波功率对胡椒碱收率的影响.实验结果表明:在提取时间为60min、提取温度为55℃、料液比为80:50、乙醇体积分数为80%及微波功率为500W的条件下,微波辅助提取胡椒碱的效果最佳,胡椒碱收率可达4.12%.

Abstract:The piperine was extracted by using microwave-assisted extraction method, and its content was determinion by HPLC. The effect of extraction time, extraction temperature, ratio of sample to solution, ethanol concentration was microwave power on piperine yield was studied. The experiment result showed that the optimum conditions was 60 minutes of extracting in 80% ethanol water solvent at 55℃ under the microwave power of 500 W, and the yield of piperine was 4.12%.
