海南番木瓜总皂苷的提取工艺研究

摘    要:研究了海南番木瓜总皂苷的提取工艺.以齐墩果酸为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法在545nm处测定海南番木瓜总皂苷的含量,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定最佳提取工艺.结果表明:用75%的乙醇,pH=7,温度为70℃,提取时间为120min,海南番木瓜总皂苷的提取率最高,为2.66%.

Abstract:A extraction technology for the total saponin of Hainan Carica Papaya was studied. Total saponin was determined at 545 nm by speetrophotometry with oleanolic acid as standard control. The optimum extraction technology was determined by single factor and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that with 75% ethanol as extracting solvent at pH value of 7 and extraction temperature of 70℃, the ratio of solid to liquid of 1:20, extracting time of 120min, can get the best extraction rate of 2.66%.
