| Abstract: | The paper illustrated the scheme of teacher management system based on JAVA and the main techniques adopted. The system attempted to draw on some design philosophy of international popular opening source code project,designing the abstract reuse subsystem with the characteristics of basic procedure frame.In addition,the design and realization of some key functions were given. |
